About We live in hot Texas and want to move to Colorado

We live in hot Texas and want to move to Colorado. We don't have much money. Is Realty Trac reputable ?
We are interested in buying foreclosures, bank-owned, or any other cheap way to buy a house in Colorado. It seems like real estate is so expensive up there. My husband works for a home improvement corporation but doesn't make much money. My salary is $9.50 per hour. We have no children. Maybe someone with real estate expertise can help us to buy or get a little bit of land in Colorado preferably around Colorado Springs or around the Western slope area.

We are based in Colorado Springs and buy distressed houses, bank owned properties and work with movitated sellers. There is a lot of opportunity here, especially now. Let me know how interested you really are and and I will point you in the right direction and answer any questions you may have. JR www.JRBuysHomesFast.com

About How do I start a bed and breakfast/lodge business

How do I start a bed and breakfast/lodge business? Any recommendations?
I am seeking advice for the financing of a bed and breakfast/lodge business. I have 10 acres of picturesque land in Park Co, Colorado. It is less than a mile to the border of Pike national forest, an hour's drive from skiing in Breckenridge, and about an hour from Colorado Springs. Will a commercial loan work for the cost of building? Is there a way for a small business loan to cover costs of furnishing the building and marketing expenses to get started?

Go this website (it'll probably tell you everything you need to know, if not, search google for "start bed and breakfast"):

Check out the Small Business Administration web site -- they're a great resource for the small business owner. I listed a couple of other handy links as well. Try reading up on the subject -- check out Amazon, your local bookstore or library. Prior to investing your time, money & effort into a business name, it is strongly advised that comprehensive research be conducted to ensure that the name you're interested in is truly available. This entails searching the pending & registered Federal and State trademark files as well as the US National Common-Law files. Then, if clear, you can decide if you would like to file for a Federal or a State trademark. Research is needed to make sure your trade name is legally available, before opening, before expansion, before incorporation or before designing your logo. Similarities in sound, appearance and meaning affect you too! There are 16+ million trade names in use in the United States. Similar names matter, if close in sound, appearance or meaning. Similar names in related classes, distribution channels and customer matter too. You are affected by Common Law use (14 million), State Trademarks (500,000) and Federal Trademarks (2 million).
