About Live in Colorado Springs and makes 65 mile trip to Denver for work. Snow tires on FWD sedan or AWD SUV/Sedan

Live in Colorado Springs and makes 65 mile trip to Denver for work. Snow tires on FWD sedan or AWD SUV/Sedan?
Not sure if I should trade my FWD Saturn Ion 3, or Purchase a AWD SUV/Sedan? I could save some money and just purchase studded tires/winter tires, or get into another vehicle payment and switch to a heavyier AWD SUV/Sedan (Durango or Legacy)

My coworker makes this same commute to Denver also. You just need snow tires. No need for another car payment.

Snow tires will do fine for the drive. I suggest keeping a bag of kitty litter in the back during winter, it is great if you do happen to get stuck.

About Looking for people in the construction trades in Colorado Springs

Looking for people in the construction trades in Colorado Springs?
I am a self employed hardwood flooring contractor. I'm considering relocating to the Colorado Springs area. I am wondering if there is much work for my trade? Also, if anyone happens to know the going rates for installation & refinishing it would be helpful. Thanks

Set up an indeed.com search to see who's hiring flooring folks and at what rate. You may just have to get a list of contractors, give em a call, and bend their ear. These guys look pretty darn big http://www.nunnconstruction.com/ Good luck pardner!
